What is permanent jewelry?

Permanent jewelry is a claspless custom fit piece that is flash welded on through a quick and easy process. Keep in mind, permanent does not mean indestructible! The lifespan of your permanent jewelry is influenced by a variety of factors, including your lifestyle and other external elements.

Our chains are high-quality fine jewelry and meant to resist everyday wear and tear. However, permanent jewelry does not mean indestructible jewelry. Any piece of fine jewelry is susceptible to damage when met with opposing force. If your piece gets snagged or breaks, we will do our best to repair it for you free of charge.

Please note, we do not replace or reimburse for lost chains. All sales are final.

Why get permanent jewelry?

Our sterling silver and 14k gold filled chains require low maintenance and are tarnish free. Since you don’t have to put your jewelry on and take it off, you don’t have to worry about misplacing your new favorite piece.

What do you mean by permanent?

We mean as permanent as you want it to be. You can easily remove your piece by cutting the jump ring when you choose. Save that beautiful chain just in case you want to get it reattached later for at no charge!

Any aftercare instructions for my new piece?

With any jewelry item, lotions, perfume, chlorine and other chemicals can react wth your chain. Acidic skin and sweat pH levels can affect the condition of the chain. Low iron deficiency and pregnancy can cause more acidic PH levels.

Daily cleaning is essential! Use mild soap and a soft toothbrush to remove any dirt/sweat build up. Jewelry polishing cloths also help keep your chain shiny and beautiful!

Okay, I’m in! So what’s the process?

1. Pick a chain from our collection. You’re the designer here so mix and match as much as you want! Deciding is definitely the hardest part!

2. We’ll work together to find the perfect length. When you’re happy with the fit, the chain is cut and prepped.

3. Now the welding begins... a quick spark welds together the jump ring that holds the chain together. You're all done!

4. Show off your new bling to your friends and get them on the permanent jewelry train!

Will I feel the spark?

Not at all! Thanks to safety measures in the machine, the welder sparks when it touches metal, not skin.

The only spark you'll feel is your new piece sparking you joy.

Can I wear my permanent jewelry through airport security? What about during surgery?

Our permanent jewelry can be worn through airport security, in oceans, pools, showers and any other daily activity you could think of. For surgeries, MRI's, and other medical procedures, your doctor knows best so please consult with them.
